This class is specially designed for families planning their births at the Holy Family Birth Center.

This class should ideally be taken after any Childbirth Education classes have been completed however, it may be taken before the completion of any Breastfeeding or Newborn Care classes.

All HFBC families have the option of taking this class either REMOTELY or IN PERSON and do not need permission from the healthcare staff to choose REMOTE attendance.
